For the past 17 years, the
Alumni Band has been an active part of the Iowa State
University music program. What better way to show your
pride and support for your alma mater than to wear a
distinctive Alumni Band jacket? Constructed of a
lightweight poplin shell, the jacket includes the new
athletic logo customized for the Alumni Band on the back,
with the traditional Alumni Band logo in yellow on the
front. The outer shell has been treated to resist stains,
and the light flannel lining keeps you warm during those
cold football games.

| Do you remember what years the Varsity
Band used these berets? It started in 1974 (or '75) and
was designed by Jimmie Howard Reynolds and Joseph
Christensen. You can be "in the band" again
with one of these classic head toppers. Made of
cardinal-colored wool, this wonderfully rugged chapeau
has Cy from the seventies with the phrase" Cy's Big
Wind".
