Friday October 17, 2003
	4:10 p.m.	Design Center	Observe rehearsal of 2003 "Varsity" Marching Band
	7:00 p.m.	Best Western Starlite 2601 East 13th	Visit with old and new friends, enjoy hors d'oeuvres, see the Pep Band and last year's halftime film, meet the candidates, and vote for the 2003-2004 Executive Board.
Friday night's theme is a Beach Boys/Surfing/Wear Loud Shirts You Otherwise Wouldn't Wear In Public Night. You know you have something. Shorts might be appropriately inappropriate depending on the weather, too. You are a creative person, you can do this.
Saturday October 18, 2003
	8:00 a.m.	SW Steps of Hilton Park North of Scheman	Alumni Band music rehearsal.
	9:00 a.m.	South Intramural fields Transportation Provided	Combined rehearsal with the Varsity Marching Band to coordinate the 2003 halftime performance.
	10:15 a.m.	Scheman Building	Brunch, relax, visit, and annual business meeting.
	12:15 p.m.	SW Door of Hilton *	Line up for march to stadium *
			* Transportation to and from the stadium will be available for those who do not wish to march. Please indicate this on your registration form.
	1:00 p.m.	Jack Trice Stadium	Kickoff (Iowa State vs. Texas).
	2:00 p.m.	Jack Trice Stadium	Halftime Performance
	4:30 p.m.	Scheman Building Room 158	Executive Board Meeting (Both old and new board members)

NOTE: Times subject to change at any time, at the whim of the TV networks. The Saturday schedule will be shifted up or down to accomodate Kickoff. Registrants will be emailed notifying them of the new Saturday schedule. Those without email will be mailed a postcard.

We know some people have conflicts. Please join us for as much as you can.

NOTE: Some individuals in the past have marched at halftime without attending the morning rehearsal. This is extremely detrimental to the group as a whole, and detracts from the performance. If you intend on marching at halftime, it is mandatory that you attend rehearsal and arrive at halftime in full and correct uniform.
